Our on line store is dedicated to the mission of lowering the cost to maintain an independent high quality of life. We offer our products for purchase on line to customers who know what product will meet their needs. Products will be shipped directly to you in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that in order to offer the products at such a large discount some assembly is required.

Shipping Information:

Orders will arrive in 3 to 10 business days. Exceptions can occur if the product is a custom or special order item. We will contact you immediately with all shipping information.



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

To return products, if you would please email Enhancing Life Home Medical Customer Service at customer.service@enhancinglife.org to receive a Product Return ID. To expedite the process of your refund or credit, Enhancing Life Home Medical kindly asks that you would return the products to Enhancing Life Home Medical or to the specified manufacturer in their original packaging within 5 days of the date that Enhancing Life Home Medical issues the Product Return ID. Please note that some of the manufacturers we partner with may charge a 15% to 25% re-stocking fee. In addition we are unable to accept returns on products that are bath safety products.
